I have never considered myself an emotional person.  But after my wife died, I became both mom and dad to my kids.  I work a pressure filled job in the insurance industry.  Now with the added stress at home, I feel like I am going to explode, literally.

I can’t get sick and let my kids down.  I need to do something to make a change.  I went to talk to my doctor who told me that my blood pressure was sky high and I was heading for trouble.  He gave me medication and told me I had to reduce the stress.  How does he expect me to know that?  I would love to know.
