My moment of truth came at an amusement park with my kids.  We were waiting on line for the big roller coaster and I realized that I wouldn’t fit behind the safety bar.  I was beside myself and had to call my husband to take my place.  I had never been more devastated but took a long look at myself.

I decided it was time to make a change and get healthier.  I joined a gym and started a weight loss program.  Every day is a struggle and I am far from my goal. My kids are proud of me.  I hope I can keep up the fight.
